June 9, 2025 - Driving to Alaska

| We drove all day today -- roughly eight hours -- all headed due west on the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway One). It was great plains all the way. | ||||||

After an hour or so we left Manitoba and entered Saskatchewan. Whoo Hoo!

After about seven hours we crossed another province border. Now we're in Alberta.

| Shortly thereafter we entered the town of Medicine Hat where we would spend the night. | ||||||

| There was plenty of daylight left so Lynnette and I went to a little park called The Heights Lookout and walked around. The park overlooked Medicine Hat town center and the South Saskatchewan river which runs through it. | ||||||
